A Tamagotchi-style digital pet, now on your phone
Remember the little egg on a keychain that beeped when it was hungry? Huko brings the same feeling to your phone, with soft hand-drawn animals, rooms to explore and a pet that never dies.
Why a virtual pet app instead of a toy
Virtual pet toys like Tamagotchi, Bitzee or the Digimon virtual pets are fun, but they need batteries, a tiny screen and something to carry around. A virtual pet app lives on the phone you already have, with a big colourful screen, sound and touch.
In Huko you do not press three buttons to feed your pet: you drag the food to its mouth, rub soap into its fur and stroke it with your finger.
What stays the same
- Your pet gets hungry, dirty, bored and tired in real time, even when the app is closed.
- It starts as a baby and grows up when you look after it well.
- Little daily habits: a meal in the morning, a game at lunch, lights off at night.
What is better
- Your pet never dies. Neglect makes it sad, never gone, and long absences are capped.
- Eight animals and several coats each instead of one random creature.
- Eight mini games to earn coins, a shop with food, clothes and room themes.
- Optional cloud save and caring for one pet together with family or friends.

Questions and answers
Is Huko a Tamagotchi app?
Huko is not made by Bandai and is not an official Tamagotchi app. It is an independent virtual pet game with the same idea: a little creature that lives with you and needs your care.
Can my virtual pet die?
No. In Huko a neglected pet only gets sad and hungry. Come back, feed it and give it a cuddle, and it is happy again.
Tamagotchi is a trademark of Bandai. Pou, Bitzee, Digimon and other names are trademarks of their owners. Huko is an independent game and is not affiliated with them.
